If you are set on a Gospel brunch the most popular places are BB Kings Blues Club, Sylvia锟斤拷锟絪 and Copeland锟斤拷锟絪. That said, I feel I should advise you that if you want to have an authentic musical, cultural and spiritual experience you would be better served by attending a worship service at an area church. Listening to the music in the right environment will give you context and add dimension to the experience.
As I am a Brooklyn resident, I have to put forward a few institutions near and dear to my heart; Concorde Baptist Church, Emmanuel Baptist Church and Brooklyn Tabernacle. Each institution is special because of the unique voice they add to the musical genre. For traditional/classic Gospel go to Concord Baptist Church; for urban contemporary try Emmanuel Baptist Church and for a more contemporary Christian take on praise music try Brooklyn Tabernacle. Also, visiting any one of these places will give you an opportunity to travel off the beaten path with an opportunity to explore and connect with a vital community and people.

Recommendations for Gospel brunch?BB Kings at Times Square, the buffet is OK but the singing and atmosphere is really good. Well worth the $34.00.
