Loking for some good restaurant ideas , my kids first time in ny ( manhattan ). one night in theater distric other night we are open. Also looking for some lunch ideas, We will probably hit one of the deli%26#39;s one day
restaurant ideas wife, 7 and 9yr oldIn the theater district, there%26#39;s John%26#39;s Pizzeria. I haven%26#39;t eaten in the Times Square one--have only been into the original one on Bleecker Street. They have good pizza at very reasonable prices. For delis, we%26#39;re big fans of the Second Avenue Deli (2nd Ave. and 10th St.)---excellent pastrami and corned beef!
Do you and your family have any food preferences? If you post back, you will get many great suggestions.

I%26#39;m not sure kids would appreciate deli, and it%26#39;s a waste to go to a great deli (my fave is the Carnegie!) and order something mediocre like a burger.
They will LOVE Virgil%26#39;s BBQ, on W. 44th St., just east of Times Square. Best BBQ in NY. I also love John%26#39;s Pizzeria%26#39;s theater district location, it%26#39;s in a converted church.
