... sound terrific. But I just checked their website and it implies (though doesn%26#39;t say specifically) that it%26#39;s open to the public just at weekends and then for dinner/dance or Sunday brunch.

Yes, the cocktail lounge is the Rainbow Grill, not the Rainbow Room. Same floor, different view.

went there for drinks about a year ago ona trip over from the UK. no reservations needed, just rock up and smile nicely - don%26#39;t turn up too scruffy though, as its a pretty smart place.

had a lovely time when i went here!! but 5 cocktails came to 109 dollars so dont get stung with prices!! put it like this 5 alcoholic drinks and a meal for 5 in carmines was about 106 dollars!!
