Am travelling to New York on 10th September 2005 and after a few days in the city am taking a coach tour around New England (Mystic, Providence, Newport) then onto Boston. Can you tell me - Will we get the autumn colours by then or is it still a bit early? also what sort of weather can we expect? Thanks
New England in the Fall
Everything will still be green. I will be atleast in the 70%26#39;s in the daytime and possibly go down to 50%26#39;s in the evening. Remember it is still summer. Fall begins Sept 21st. The school calendar has us all thinking fall after labor day. Nice time to time though. Water is its warmest then.

Everything will still be green. It is close to summer type weather then. 70%26#39;s in the day time and some times cooling off to the 50%26#39;s at night. Beginning and middle of October brings the fall colors. Remember fall actually begins Sept 21st. The school calendar has it beginning after labor day in our minds.
