Thanks for the info regarding the trip to Woodbury Common. Was delighted to see you had spent Christmas in NY. I am hoping to that this year and I was wondering if you have any advice for things to do on Christmas Eve?Day. All advice greatly appreciated.

My son married an english girl, her parents currently live in Connecticut, so we all had a big family Xmas there. 10 adults and 2 kids, traditional lunch with pudding ! So we were not in NYC Xmas day. We stay at the Hilton 6 ave so on Xmas eve we just walked around looking at the decorations, it was very busy, long lines at Churches, the Rockerfellar tree, the music and lights of 5th ave. All fantastic. We went to the show at the Radio City Music Hall - dont miss it esp if you have kids. Xmas is one of the peak times in NY and it really is crowded. Just being in NY for 7 weeks straight meant we could take our time doing the tourist stuff, plus our son plans to be in NY for 10 years, so we know we will be back. I would be happy to answer any questions -you can contact me direct - rojaan@newyork.com
