Broadway shows

Hello

Does anyone know if it would be possible to get tickets for Mamma Mia on either Friday 25th, Saturday 26th or Sunday 27th, without booking?

We are maxed up on our credit cards, so can%26#39;t use them!

Would the hotel be able to help us with this when we arrive(on the 25th)?

Also, would the hotel(Hotel Wellington) keep our luggage for us after we book out on the 28th, as our flight does not leave JFK until 18.50? Do all hotels do that as a rule? Or is it pretty much up to their individual discretion?

Only two days to go till we leave, I%26#39;m so excited!!!!!!!!

Many thanks for suggestions

Hotels will usually hold your luggage, do not think this is a problem.

Mamma Mia has been on the TKTS board at Times Square this week (that is the discount theatre booth in the heart ot Times Square), and the other option is getting tickets at their other booth at the South Street seaport, lines are shorter, and you can get Saturday or Sunday matinee tickets the day before the show. However, availability for any specific show is never guaranteed.

Otherwise, print out some discount coupons on www.playbill.com - join for free, and purchase the tickets at the theatre when you arrive, or on www.theatermania.com

Enjoy your trip!

Got to be a worry that you are scaling the roofs of your credit card limits BEFORE going to NY!!

Get tickets for Mamma Mia if at all possible. I was the biggest sceptic about it before my partner took to me to see it in Toronto last year and it was fabulous.

Sure you will be alright with the bags end of stay. You will have to tip the luggage man but you will be so used to tipping everyone by then it will not seem an issue!!

I have 5 months to wait for my trip - will seem like an age especially with all the snow falling in Scotland just now.
